eValuate Columns

• By clicking any row of data in the DataBook and selecting eValuate, users are shown a visual comparison of how that particular record stacks up next to all other records in the set
• A thermometer measures the chosen data set against the high, low and average values and ranks against its peers
• All existing fields are available for comparison and can be moved to the forefront or sidelines by dragging and dropping
• The most relevant data gets center stage
• eValuate columns allow users to easily compare performance metrics (between individuals, departments, etc.)

Histogram

• Allows users to compare frequency of chosen data set to other data sets
• Gives them a visual representation of how their data is distributed
• Bar representing the chosen data set is illuminated and indicates the number of instances in which it appears in the DataBook
• Mousing over other bars in the histogram shows how many records or fields at a given value exist in the DataBook

AutoTrend

• Uses existing data to predict future performance outcomes
• A simple slide of the forecasting range button determines the amount of forecasting
• Mouse over any of the data points to obtain the exact value of that point
